During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who use the service and they told us that they liked living there. One person told us the home was 'a nice place to be at.' Another person told us: 'It is almost like my own home.' He told us that members of staff 'take time to be with you and they are my little angels.' One relative told us: 'My dad's health improved when he came here. They [members of staff] go out of their way to make his life enjoyable. They make him feel special.'
