During a routine inspection

We visited four people living within their own homes to find out their views about the service. One person told us 'I've got good care, no faults at all. They are all excellent'. Another person said ' I'm well pleased with what she does, I'm lucky. My girl (care worker) is so good'.

We also looked at the questionnaires that people completed by post or through telephone surveys, which demonstrated positive opinions about the quality of the service. We found that there was a high level of satisfaction.
