During a routine inspection
Care, treatment and support was risk assessed and risk management plans were in place. The planning and delivery of care was carried out in a person focused way. Choice, autonomy and independence was promoted for people who used the service.
People received care, treatment and support from a consistent staff team who knew and understood their needs.There was ongoing staff training and development and staff had their competency assessed. At the time of our visit the provider was in the process of recruiting more registered nurses.
People who used the service were asked for their feedback about the quality of service provision.
