During a routine inspection
A parent of a child who used the service said that they were very pleased with the care that their child had received. They told us, "[My child] is looked after well. They know [them] very well. They built up that relationship. [My child] seems very happy when [they're] with them."
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure children's safety and welfare.
A parent of a child who used the service told us, "They put me in touch with a youth group. [My child] now has a friend." There were suitable arrangements in place for the provider to assist people who used the service or their families to obtain appropriate health and social care support.
We saw that appropriate records were maintained when medicines were given to children.
There were effective recruitment procedures in place to ensure that new members of staff were suitable for the work to be performed.
A parent of a child who used the service told us, "They send you a form about how they can improve [and the service] come around to do a check and make sure everything is OK." There were appropriate arrangements in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the services provided.
