During an inspection in response to concerns

When we visited this location we were able to talk to three people who used the service and they commented that they felt 'it's home', a 'good service', that 'all staff good, carers good, treated with respect', they 'get looked after well' and that it is a 'lovely home, lovely manager'. Further the people we spoke to said that they had been given information they needed about the home, including how to make a complaint and that they were comfortable about contacting the manager to discuss any concerns.
