During a routine inspection

We received positive comments from people and their relatives about the care and the staff who provide the care. A relative of someone living in the home told us that Westlands provides 'first class care' and went on to say that the 'manager is meticulous'. Someone who lives at Westlands told us that the home was 'smashing'. Another told us 'If I ring my buzzer staff come quickly'. Another person explained that if he had any concerns he would talk to the manager.
