During a routine inspection
People told us that they could see a doctor when they needed to and that the staff would arrange this on their behalf.
People said they felt safe in the home and that the staff treated them kindly and with respect. They told us that there were enough staff to meet their needs and that they did not have to wait when they needed help with things. One person said 'The staff are good and do everything you need.'
People told us that they were happy with the standards of cleaning in the home. They said they had their rooms cleaned each day and their beds changed regularly.
