During a routine inspection
"The staff are marvellous and the manager is very good...I am very happy with the support I receive".
We looked at the way care was planned, how medication was managed on behalf of people and how people were protected from harm. We found that all of this was in order and the service was compliant.
We spoke to staff who confirmed they were suitably recruited, trained and developed.
"I am very happy working her and I get lots of support".
We also saw that the service had good systems in place for monitoring quality.
