During a routine inspection

We spoke to 6 people who use the service or their families. Everyone one spoken to was very pleased with the service they received. We had a large number of very positive comments and they included; 'the staff are cheerful and lively and just what I need, I really look forward to their visits', 'the staff treat us with respect, nothing is to much trouble,' and 'staff do over and above what is expected of them.'

People told us that the communication had been very good at the agency. They were kept informed about who would be visiting and were updated when this changed. The staff were punctual and they were contacted if for any reason the care worker would be late.

People said that if they had said anything about changing times or had made a suggestion for example then the agency had responded immediately.

We found the staff had been trained and had the skills and knowledge to provide care to people with differing needs. They had systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of the care and support they provided
