During a routine inspection
Comments included:
"It's all right."
"There's a lovely atmosphere."
"It's homely and we all get on well."
One person smiled, gave the 'thumbs up' sign and nodded his head enthusiastically when asked about living at Newton Road.
We found, however, that people were not being supported to reach their full potential in relation to independent living skills and community presence.
