During a routine inspection

People living in the home said they were consulted about the care they receive at Frodsham Christian General Care Home and they receive the care, treatment and support they need. They were complimentary about the staff. One resident said 'The staff are all good, I can't fault them. They know what they're doing and they're always nice to me'. Another person said 'The staff on the whole are pretty good, they provide the help I need. They always give service with a smile'.

Recent surveys of residents and relatives showed that 100% of people felt respected and cared for and were happy with the environment, the laundry service and the social activities on offer.

Visiting health and social care professionals said that people appeared well cared for and there always seemed to be plenty of staff available.
