During an inspection in response to concerns

People we spoke to were satisfied with the care and support they received from staff. They felt they had choice and control over how they spent their day and that their likes and dislikes were taken into account. However, concerns had been raised by one stakeholder about the quality of care provided by Winray Care Housing in regards to privacy, choice and safety. Assessment and care planning arrangements were in place. People could be further involved in shaping and informing service development. Although quality assurance arrangements were in place, auditing arrangements and complaints handling could be strengthened.
