During a routine inspection

People told us that they receive a reliable service and that the agency keeps them informed of any changes to appointment times. Comment was made that the carers provide the care and support that people need and one person added, 'They do absolutely everything I require.' Another comment was, 'I am very pleased with the service.' One person said that there had been a limited number of occasions when carers had been late for appointments.

Staff were said to treat people with respect and kindness.

People said that they have been given information about the service and that they are aware of the complaints procedure.
