During a routine inspection
Everyone who we spoke to talked positively about the service they received from Housing 21. Comments included : "[they are] lovely girls who do everything I need. They are all very very nice. They don't wait to be asked they just do it." and "brilliant".
Everyone who we asked confirmed that they had a written plan of care and that the care workers always recorded each visit. People told us they could influence the way in which the support was offered.
People told us that they felt safe with the workers provided by Housing 21. Comments included "so safe it's just like my own family coming" and "absolutely, I trust every one of them".
People told us that the staff were competent to undertake the tasks expected of them. Not everyone who we spoke to could recall being contacted by the office to check that the service was okay. However everyone was confident they could contact the office with any concerns and they would be listened to.
