During a routine inspection

All people or their representatives using this service told us that they had discussed their care needs with staff from the agency and that their care plan is discussed and reviewed with them on a regular basis. People told us that they were satisfied with the care and support provided and that staff are respectful, polite and caring. Some people told us that staff time keeping could be improved and that there had been a significant change in staff last year.
