During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke to some of the people who used the service at Cedar Court and to some visiting relatives. People told us they were satisfied with the quality of the care provided and felt that staff were able to look after them well. People told us that if they had any concerns they felt confident about raising these with the manager or other staff at the home.
