During a routine inspection

People we spoke with liked living at the home. They were able to express their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and support. They understood their choices and enjoyed the activities available. We saw most residents taking part in a singing and mobility activity on the day of our visit that they said they enjoyed weekly.

During a routine inspection

People who use the services told us that they enjoyed staying at Alan Morkill House and felt respected and involved in their care. Their care and welfare needs are met and people choose what they want to do such as activities, outings and menu choices. It was commented that 'it's lovely here'.
