During a routine inspection

People using the agency generally received a good service. The people we met told us they were very happy with their care as they were looked after by a small number of reliable and regular care staff. This meant they got to know the staff and the staff got to know them and how they liked their care to be given. One person said care staff treated them very gently and carefully. Another person told us they were very satisfied with the staff who visited. One relative said they were very pleased with the help provided and staff were very kind.

However, 2 local authorities told us 2 people had received a poor service, as they had not received the basic care they needed.
