During a routine inspection
We spoke to four people who use the service and or their carers by telephone. The feedback we received about peoples care and support was positive. One person told us 'the carers are all very good; they come to me on time every day'. Another person told us 'the staff in the office are good. They sort out any problems I may have quickly'.
People told us that they had a good relationship with their regular carers and the service was well organised. People who use the service informed us that the timekeeping of the carers was good and there is consistency with carers that visit people. One person told us 'I have had the same carer for a long time. I like to have the same carers as they know me and what my needs are'.
People who use the service told us that they knew who to speak with if they had a concern or compliant and they had been given information on how to complain and who to contact. This information is kept within their care plan record in people's homes.
We spoke with three members of staff during our inspection. Staff told us they feel supported in their jobs and that the organisations training programme is very good.
