During a routine inspection

During our visit people told us they were treated with dignity and respect. They were involved in choosing the type of care and support they needed and when they needed it.

They said the quality of care they received from qualified and competent staff was very good and they felt safe receiving the service. One person said "We have been pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend it". Another person told us the agency and carers were "Very efficient" and some else said "Keep up this standard".

They did not comment directly on the support staff received from the agency or the quality assurance system. They did tell us that there was frequent contact with the agency to identify that they were satisfied with the service they were getting and the staff delivering it.

During a routine inspection

People were very positive and complimentary about the support they receive from the care workers and manager. They said they felt well cared for by them.

They told us that the care workers are professional and competent in the support they give.

A number of people, and their relatives said that they would be 'lost' without the support they receive from the service.
