During a routine inspection
We saw that people's care and support was planned with their involvement and reviewed regularly. Risks to the health, welfare and safety of people were identified and managed.
Where people needed help to manage their medicines, this was carried out in a safe and effective manner.
To ensure that people received support from an effective staff team we found that staff had been properly recruited and trained. Staff told us that they received very good support in their roles.
People had opportunities to comment on the service and there was a clear complaints process in place so people could raise any concerns that they might have.
Overall we found Kennedy Leigh Home Care Service to be a well led, caring, responsive, effective and safe service.
