During a routine inspection

We spoke to three people who used the service and the relative of one person.

We were told that staff from the agency did "Everything that they can" to ensure the privacy and dignity of the person using the service. We were also told how people were enabled to become more independent by how staff worked with them. People told us about how their needs had been assessed and made positive comments about the care and support they received. One person told us they were "quite happy"' with their care.

People were aware of how to make a complaint although we were told that any issues were sorted out at the time they were raised.

During a routine inspection

We spoke to people using the service and their representatives. They told us how the agency staff had worked with them to improve their independence and were told of an example of how staff had sought the consent of a person before giving personal care. People also told us how they had been supported to shop for food and to prepare meals.

People told us how the agency had given them information about complaints and safeguarding people from abuse. They made positive comments about the agency staff and the support they had received from them.
