During a routine inspection
"staff are lovely", "staff are wonderful". One person told us that the staff were always kind and included them and spoke with them in a respectful way.
One visitor told us that they are always kept up to date with what is happening with their loved one and consulted over changes to their plan as the person was no longer able to be involved.
People living in the home told us that they got the support they needed when they needed it.
People we spoke with told us that they felt safe living in the home.
We spoke with residents and relatives of people living in the home who told us that they are consulted about all aspects of living in the home and the care provided.
