During a routine inspection
"Staff are very obliging. I have been in other places but this is the best. There is always someone to help you and the staff are always checking to see if I am alright."
"When I go to the toilet they ( the staff) wait outside. I feel they consider my prvacy."
"You can more or less do what you want. I am happy with the staff they always talk nicely to me."
"If there is a problem, I can talk to staff or the manager. Nothing is too much trouble for them."
"We have a key worker who looks out for us. If there's a minor problem we can have a word with them. If we are not satisfied we can go higher to the manager, but the thing is, they jump on it straight away and sort it as quick as they can. The staff are great and so is the manager."
