During a routine inspection
We were told that staff were kind and caring and that "Nothing was ever too much trouble". People who used the service said that staff were so good during the bad weather and so were the people who drove them.
A member of staff told us that they enjoyed working for the service and that they had been provided with the relevant training to undertake their roles.
We saw that people were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to prevent this from happening.
We saw that systems were in place to monitor the quality of the service being provided.
