During a routine inspection
They said:
'She (the care staff) is a good lass',
'I always get the same worker',
'Someone would cover if my care worker was ill',
'Now and again they phone from the office, not very often',
'It's quite a good care company',
'I'm happy with what I've got',
'Carers are very good',
'Very pleased with care',
'I would like a letter or a phone call each weekend letting us know who's coming and what time',
'I am very pleased with the carers they are always pleasant and helpful',
'The rota sheet is very helpful',
'They treat us with respect and take care of us',
'There have been a couple of hiccups but they always turn up',
'We got a sheet telling us who is coming in',
'XXXXXX(care staff) is very good and very private. She always knocks on the door',
'I've no complaints',
'My care worker is never in a hurry even if she is pushed',
'I would complain if I wasn't happy',
'No-one has been through my care plan',
'Can't fault them',
'They treat you with respect',
'If they are running late you get a call',
'When they first came they discussed the care plan',
'I couldn't cope without them',
'They always turn up',
'If I wasn't happy I would talk to the carer' and
'I feel confident in the complaints procedure, Linda (the owner), recently circulated a direct line to herself'.
