During a routine inspection
We found that people who use the service received care in a way that met their needs and preferences. People's health, safety and welfare was protected because the provider worked in co-operation with other health professionals.
The people we spoke with told us they had no concerns about the care they received and they would speak to the senior staff if they had any concerns. One person told us they had raised a complaint in the past and this was resolved effectively by the provider.
We found there was regular monitoring of the services and facilities provided to help protect people against the risks of inappropriate or unsafe care. There was an effective complaints system available, in case anyone wished to raise a complaint. We found that people's care records contained enough information to show how they were to be supported and cared for.
