During a routine inspection

The people who we visited (with an interpreter present) all said that they felt listened to by their carers and staff at the agency office. Everyone showed us their plan and said they knew exactly what the staff should help them with. We asked the people who we visited if they felt safe in the hands of their carers. We were told that 'I have never been worried about my carer' and 'the staff treat me well, my carer is a safe person and I have never been scared'. We asked people if they had someone they felt able to contact if they were ever concerned in the future. Everyone was very clear that they could contact the agency manager and all felt confidant that they would be listened to.
