During a routine inspection
People who use the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. The provider had a website that detailed the services provided and the professionals operating from the practice. We found people were able to refer themselves to the services offered and were fully involved in making decisions on all aspects of their care and treatment.
There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. Staff had attended life support and first aid training and emergency dugs and equipment was available and regularly checked.
The provider had suitable arrangements in place to recruit staff and ensure they were fit and able to carry out their roles. People, staff and other records maintained to ensure the safe and proper running of the service were available, fit for purpose and securely stored.
