To get feedback on our plans and activities, we regularly consult with people who use health, social and mental health care services, as well as professionals and organisations.
We run consultations on different topics – from proposed changes to our mental health, social and health care policies, to our plans for our regulatory process.
These consultations help us to understand the standards of care that people who use services expect, and the issues that matter most to them.
Consultation on health and social care fees for providers
The fees paid by providers, together with grant-in-aid from the government, ensure that we can monitor the way they provide care through registration and inspections and take action if they provide poor care. We'd like to hear your views on our proposals for our fees scheme for 2015/16.
Consultations on our guidance to help services meet new regulations
We've produced draft guidance for health and social care services to help them meet the new fundamental standards, Duty of Candour and Fit and proper persons requirements.
You can see all the changes we have consulted on before on our Past consultations page.
