To get feedback on our plans and activities, we regularly consult with people who use health, social and mental health care services, as well as professionals and organisations.

We run consultations on different topics – from proposed changes to our mental health, social and health care policies, to our plans for our regulatory process.

These consultations help us to understand the standards of care that people who use services expect, and the issues that matter most to them.
