Description

An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection of the Neuroradiology Department. This identified concerns around the effectiveness and oversight of the quality assurance programme for written procedures and protocols.

The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 14 March 2024.
