Description
An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following a planned comprehensive inspection of the nuclear medicine service. This identified concerns around schedule 2 written procedures and the compliance of staff, lack of referral guidelines and the failure to maintain up to date training records.
Result
The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 18 April 2024.
