Description
An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection that took place on 02 November 2022. This identified concerns around employer’s procedures for cardiology exposures, the QA programme for employer’s procedures, the review arrangements for diagnostic reference levels, the arrangements for the identification and management of significant accidental or unintended exposures, including those identified as clinically significant unintended and accidental exposures.
