Description
An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following a planned comprehensive inspection of the radiotheraoy service. This identified concerns around the quality assurance processes relating to documentation and management of radiation incidents.
Result
The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 22 September 2023.
