Continuing registered managers

This guide is for providers who are applying to register with us and taking over locations from an existing registered provider, where any of the registered managers wish to continue their registration managing the same type of service and the same regulated activities at the same location(s).

We have developed a Word document specifically for this situation, the 'Application to continue registration as a manager under a new provider'.

This form combines two functions. It allows a registered manager to deregister from their current provider, and to register with a new provider.

If one or more of the registered managers at locations you are applying to take over wish to continue their registration with us, they must each complete this form and it must be sent to us along with your main application to register.
