Provider fees payable

Your annual fee depends on your type and size of service.

If you are registered as providing more than one regulated activity, then more than one fee may apply.

We will send you an invoice stating your exact fee before it is due.

• NHS trusts

  We will calculate your fee at provider level, incorporating all your service locations.
  Your fee will be 0.0768% of your annual turnover.

• Independent healthcare
  (including substance misuse treatment services providing accommodation)
• Independent healthcare - hospices
• NHS primary medical services
• Dental services
• Care and community social care services
