During a routine inspection

Patients said that staff treated them with respect, listened to them and supported them to raise any concerns they had. They said that they received the medical, nursing and personal care they needed and that they were comfortable on the ward. One patient said, 'I've been very impressed with the hospital really. The building itself is a bit old and tatty but I like the open feel to it. It's quite airy and bright. Certainly, the staff are excellent and can't do too much for you'.
