During a routine inspection

During our inspection of 7 August 2012 people told us that the staff at the Luton Treatment Centre were, "Very friendly and helpful", and that they were, "Very happy with the care and treatment offered".

People also told us that they were involved in the planning of their care and that they were always kept informed of any changes in discussion with staff before they happened.
