During a routine inspection

People who use the service are well cared for. During our visit on 14 July 2011, as part of this review, we met most of the people who use the service at Stamford Avenue. As the people have learning disabilities, conversation was very limited However, a person responded that they are 'fine' when we asked them about the care given and another person said 'OK' when we asked them the same question. Generally people are pleased with the care and service provided.
