During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they felt safe on the lodges and if they did not, would report this to their keyworker or nurse in charge. They stated that staff always treat them with respect and had copies of their care plans. People using the service felt that they were helped to be more independent and said that their privacy and dignity was respected by staff. People using the service told us that they were satisfied with the care and treatment that they received and their needs were being met.
