During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the service. All four people told us they had given written consent before they recieved treatment. All four people told us they were satisfied with the standard of treatment they had received. One person told us' I am happy with the service. The doctor is helpful and has given me lifestyle advice as well as medication. I have no concerns.' Another person told us 'It is a very good service, with helpful doctors and friendly staff.'

We found the provider had a robust system in place to ensure consent was sought from people before they received treatment.

We found the provider undertook appropriate checks on people's medical history, weight and blood pressure prior to treatment being offered to ensure the safety of people who used the service.

The provider had robust arrangements in place to ensure medication was received, stored, prescribed, recorded and disposed of correctly.

We found the provider had undertaken suitable recruitment checks on it's employers to ensure they were suitably skilled and competent to undertake the role.

We found the provider had an effective system in place to listen and act on people's suggestions, comments and concerns.
