During a routine inspection
People told us everything was explained and the dentist discussed treatment options. Everyone said they were involved in their treatment plan and had been asked for their consent. Comments included “A price list is on display at reception plus a verbal and written estimate provided when required work is identified. They have never exceeded this estimate and, on occasion, delivered at less than anticipated.”
We found that the treatment rooms and instruments were kept clean and hygienic and that regular checks were carried out to ensure the continued safe delivery of the service. Staff told us, “It’s a great place to work.”
We found that there were systems in place to protect children and vulnerable adults and to raise alerts if there were any concerns about people’s safety and well-being.
