During a routine inspection

People told us that they were very happy with the care and support that they received from Right Care Limited. They told us that the staff were always friendly and cheerful and were also always very polite and respectful when they supported people.

Staff told they had been properly recruited and trained and that they received very good support in their roles.

We saw that people's care and support was planned and reviewed regularly. Risks to the health, welfare and safety of people were identified and managed.
