During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the service. People were positive about the care and treatment they received. They told us they felt safe, protected and their needs were met. One person said, 'The staff here are professional and don't judge. They are supportive and listen to you. Together you go through the options available to help decide how best to move forward. The hardest thing is to come through the door but they (staff) make you welcome and are here to help. At the end of the day; how you do is up to you.'

We looked at seven people's care and treatment records. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual needs. Records seen showed evidence that people received safe and coordinated care, treatment and support where more than one provider was involved.

We looked at staff records and spoke with three members of staff who told us they were being appropriately supervised and supported.

We saw that the provider had systems and procedures in place to regularly monitor and assess the quality of the service provided.
