During a routine inspection
People's comments included, 'Wonderful dentist! Good as gold. Very very nice, very polite and the receptionist staff were very friendly.' Another person said,'Tells me what needs doing before starting and asks me if I am happy with that'. And 'They explained everything and were very clear about the costs.'
We found that there were systems in place to keep the practice clean and hygienic including effective decontamination of instruments in accordance with guidelines.
Training and support were provided to maintain a safe service and regular checks were made on machines and systems to ensure this was maintained.
