During a routine inspection
We looked at the two surgeries that were used, the decontamination room and the patient waiting area. All areas were clean and well maintained.
Staff told us they were happy working for the practice and felt well supported. Patients all told us they had been attending the practice for a long time and had never had any problems. They all said they were treated with respect and dignity and their treatment was always explained to them.
We observed that records were stored securely, maintaining people's privacy and confidentiality.
