During a routine inspection

On the day of our inspection, there were no patients available for us to speak with however we saw evidence of returned comments cards from people who used the service. We saw positive feedback from patients and comments included:

'Very good treatment. No pain!'

'Friendly staff'.

'Exceeded my expectations'.

We saw that the treatment room, decontamination room, waiting area and other communal areas were clean and tidy. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies and all staff had been provided with emergency resuscitation training.
