During a routine inspection
One person using the service told us that the staff were "a good bunch". The person also told us that the staff "always work around what I want".
Staff told us that they were well supported by the mangement team. We found that staff had received appropriate training. Staff we spoke to understood the rights of the people using the service to withdraw consent to any part of their care at any time.
Support plans were comprehensive and contained good evidence of how the views of people using the service were taken into account.
We looked at the results of a robust internal quality audit process and found evidence that suggested improvements to the service were acted upon.
