During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us they were involved in their care planning. One person said, 'the service is very good. I know if I have forgotten about my medication they will call me.' Another person told us, 'the staff are very friendly you can talk to them at any time. If I'm worried I can talk to them.'
Staff told us, 'we work well here, we are a good team. There are always enough staff so we can really work with the people we care for.'
People who used the service were asked for their comments through surveys or meetings.
