During a routine inspection

We talked to people who used the service who told us that they were satisfied with the care and treatment provided, although one person told us that they had not felt supported in the early stages of their treatment. Staff told us they enjoyed working for CRI and that they felt supported by management.

Recruitment checks had been performed to ensure all workers were of good character and had the relevant qualifications or experience.

Care and treatment for people was planned and delivered effectively, although one person had experienced delays in having their medical reviews arranged and protocols for obtaining samples had not been adhered to in some instances.

Suitable arrangements were in place for prescribing and the storage of medication.

Complaints received by the service had been followed up
